ERSL Hires First General Manager
On behalf of the ERSL League Management Board (LMB), LMB Chair Peter Studer is pleased to announce that the ERSL has engaged Ms. Shannon Holder as the ERSL’s first General Manager. A graduate of Queen’s University, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Medial degree in Sociology and Psychology, and has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration: Materials and Operations Management from Algonquin College.
Ms. Holder brings nine years of experience in soccer administration, at the Club level, to her new position with the ERSL. During the last four years, Ms. Holder has led the development, organization, and implementation of her Club’s Youth Recreational Soccer Programs, as the Programs and Events Convenor for the Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club.
Holding an OSA Senior Community Coaching Certificate, Shannon has been a recreational coach for seven years, and is currently the Assistant Coach for the Nepean Hotspurs Hearts (OCSL WC2). Having played competitive youth soccer up to the OYSL level, Ms. Holder is currently a starting mid-fielder with the Hearts.
