The ERSL Education Bursary Recipients for 2019!
Congratulations to both Kyle Champagne and Emily Hume on their selection as recipients of the 2019 ERSL Education Bursaries!
Kyle Champagne - Ottawa TFC
Congratulations to Kyle on receiving the ERSL Education Bursary Award. Kyle has been a member of Ottawa TFC for 10 years now. His participation ranges from playing at regional levels in the ERSL transitioning to one of the clubs young leaders and coaches. Showing his coaches, players, teachers and the soccer community his selfless, hardworking character, he continues to give back. Coaching, mentoring, helping with clean up, organizing equipment rooms and volunteering is just a short list of the many things Kyle does to help. Continuing his hard work, Kyle will be attending the University of Ottawa this fall.
Congratulations Kyle and good luck on your future endeavours. We wish you nothing but the best!
Emily Hume - Ottawa Gloucester
Congratulations to Emily on receiving the ERSL Education Bursary Award. Emily has been part of the soccer community for many years and has been an Ottawa Gloucester Hornets player and been participating in the ERSL for over 5 seasons. Being team captain since 2015 she has demonstrated leadership and maturity both on and off the field. Humble, hardworking, selfless and dedicated, Emily’s coaches and teachers have nothing but great things to say. Emily, despite having many university offers for her high grades and soccer abilities, has decided to continue her post-secondary education and soccer development at the University of Ottawa this fall.
Congratulations Emily and good luck in your future endeavours! We wish you nothing but the best!
